Come on, you have heard the buzz. Our breads are the best in town. We sell out bread at our retail location in Birmingham’s Southside and Pepper Place Market during the season as well as on some of the best darn sandwiches in town at Melt, Paramount, Bistro 216 and Galley and Garden.
We make our bread everyday but sometimes we don’t have your favorites on a specific day. What?! How can that be? Well sometimes we just plain, sell-out but we do have a baking schedule that we try to keep based upon our availability and traffic flows. If you have a special request let us know and we will try to accommodate you and your needs.
Here is what we have EVERY day: french baguette, croissants, ham and cheese croissants, chocolate croissants, almond croissants, cream cheese danish and our world famous cinnamon rolls.

Here is what we have on extra on Thursday, Friday and Saturday(s): Sourdough, Farm, Rye (every other week on Fridays), Raisin-Craisin Walnut, Multi-Grain and Brioche

Lunch at the bakery always brings the added benefit of being able to buy your bread for dinner and maybe that pastry for breakfast in the morning or the middle of the night.
We change up our menu every season and have daily pizzas and special and post it by 9:30am on our Facebook and Instagram accounts. We always have at least one soup, a couple of sandwich options, salad and a slice of pizza.
